All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered if products are not available in Australia.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to Western Australia and the rest of Australia.
Free shipping is available for orders over $99 (with the exclusion of orders weighing more than 5kg).
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and, if in stock, ready for pick up within 1 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 4pm on Monday to Friday and by appointment on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mcsportsaus@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If our goods fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mcsportsaus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
